Booking A Coach With Coach Bookers.com

How do I book a coach?

Simply complete the online coach booking request form and one of our coach bookings co-ordinators will contact you confirming your submitted details. We will then get to work contacting our contracted coach operators to obtain the best price and coach to suit your requirements.

Do I need to find accommodation for the driver?  
If your travel requires an overnight stay it will be your responsibility to find suitable   accommodation for the driver. Sometimes but not always if there is a large group of   you staying in a hotel it may be possible for you to negotiate a discount. Also hotels have been known to offer the group oganiser a free room for the driver.

Can I smoke or drink alcohol on the coach?  
No sorry smoking and consuming alcohol on a coach is not allowed. Also please note you are now required to wear a seat belt on a coach at all times. Standing on a coach when the coach is moving is also not permitted unless you are going to use the toilets if fitted.

What happens after I book a coach?

One of our friendly helpful coach bookings co-ordinators will contact you to finalise the details and arrange for a deposit to be paid. This is usual 20% of the total cost of your coach transportation.

Do all your coaches have air conditioning?    
No, not all coaches have air conditioning. if you require a coach with air conditioning please make a note of it   as a request when submitting your coach bookings request form.  

What happens if the coach is late or has a breakdown?  
You may call us or the coach operator direct using the telephone numbers on your coach bookings confirmation letter.

Do you have coaches with disabled access?  

Yes we do. Please include detail or your requirements in the coach bookings request for you submit to us, or by speaking to one of our coach bookings co- ordinators.

Payment and Costs

How much deposit is required

A deposit of 20% is normally required depending on the length of time in advance of your booking. Your coach bookings co-ordinator will inform you of the options available to you.

Can i cancel a booking and will i get a refund on my deposit

Yes. If you cancel before 28 days of your travel date we will refund to you in full your deposit. If your travel is less that 28 days away you will lose your deposit. More information can be obtained from one of our coach bookings co-ordinators.

When do i have to pay in full

If your booking is less than 28 days away you will be required to pay in full at the time of booking. More details are available from your coach bookings co-ordinator.

Do i need to pay extra for Parking Tolls Ferries Etc

These charges are usually included in the price of your coach travel.

How Can i Pay

You may send us a cheque or pay direct into our bank account via BACs or Chaps.

You can discuss these options with your coach bookings co-ordinator.

Can you invoice us

If you are a regular customer of Coach Bookers .com with a minimum or 6 past coach bookings you may qualify for an account. Please speak to our account dept who will send you out an application form.
